| Payment Terms: |
FIT : a non-refundable deposit of US$150 per person is required.
Full payment must be made 45 days prior to arrival date.
Group : a non refundable deposit of US$ 1,000 per group is required to secure the reservations.
Another US$1,500 is payable 180 days prior to arrival date and the balance to make up
full amount is to be paid 45 days before arrival. |

| Cancellation and Refund Policy: |
FIT : cancellation made more 45+ days from date of arrival confirmation deposit will be forfeited.
No-show and cancellation made less than 45 days from booked date full payment will be forfeited.
if replacement if found US$50 administrative fee will be applied and no cancellation charge made.
Group : cancellation made more than 45+ days from booked date will result in initial confirmation
deposit of US$1,000 and the US$1,500 deposits being forfeited.
For cancellation received 45 days or less from arrival date no refund will be made.
Refund: Any refund made will be subject to $35 bank fee.

Normal diving hours include in the diving packages are between 7.30 am and exiting before 8.30 pm.
Any dives outside these hours are not include in the package and will be at the Dive Center Manager's
discretion and subject to an extra charge.
All services purchased at the resort are subject to prevailing government taxes which are currently 10%. |
